Aubrie Taylor is a Ph.D. student working on the methods of acute cervical disc herniation to better understand what happens to the cervical spine during whiplash from car collisions. She is also working on a compliant fixation device to aid in spinal segment testing. Aubrie received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Brigham Young University in 2013.

Stephanie Morco

Stephanie Morco is a Ph.D. student working on coating applications for a carbon nano-composite material. She received her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from BYU-Idaho at the end of 2012 before coming to Provo in 2013. Stephanie married Emil, her high school crush, in 2010. Together, they love taking pictures, visiting San Francisco, and spending all day on campus.

Parker Rosquist is an MS student studying Mechanical Engineering. He is currently trying to develop a system of wearable sensors using nanocomposite foam and nanocomposite strain gauges for mobile gait analysis. When he is not in school he enjoys writing music, playing sports, and listening to slam poetry.

David Wood

David is a Ph.D. student working on developing noninvasive technologies to determine real time risk of injury in athletes. He is also helping develop a system to calculate statistics of runner's He hopes to one day have his own research lab and continue researching injury biomechanics in a variety of sports. He received his B.S. in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at USU in 2016. In his free time, David and his wife enjoy coaching Crossfit, paddleboarding, and fly fishing.

Adin Martineau

Adin Martineau is an MS student studying Mechanical Engineering. He is developing a wearable sensor made from nanocomposite strain gauges to measure knee motion. He is applying this system to total knee replacement patients as a diagnostic tool in their recovery. In his free time, Adin likes to hike and camp whenever he gets the chance.
